Refunds & Cancellation

ResumeUX is free to use. This policy explains what that means today and how refunds and cancellation will work if we ever introduce paid plans.

1. Current pricing: free forever

The core ResumeUX service, building, editing, importing, analyzing, and exporting resumes, is free. We do not collect any payment, card details, or billing information for it. Because no money changes hands, no refunds are applicable to the free service.

2. If we introduce paid plans

Should we launch optional paid features in the future, the following rules will apply from the day they go live:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
  • No automatic renewals without clear advance notice of the renewal date and amount.
  • Refunds for technical issues that prevent usage will be handled case by case; contact us within 14 days of the charge.
  • Statutory refund rights under applicable consumer protection law are never limited by this policy.

3. Cancellation of your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, Privacy & data, Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent and does not require contacting support.
